  5. Shipping and Delivery We ship to the UK and internationally. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your goods do not meet these standards:

You will have the right to dispute any visual/ physical issues with your purchase to myself (the owner & creator: Mrs Emily Louise Claxton) Within 14 days of purchase, you will be required to provide a copy of your receipt/ proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the issue in question.

A full refund or item return is not applicable for customised products. You may be offered a partial refund, discount on your next order or store credit if applicable.
